Bill Memorial Library 3rd Annual Outdoor Artisan Market The Friends of the Bill Memorial Library are pleased to present our 3rd Annual Outdoor Artisan Market. Bring the family to the Bill Memorial Library in Groton, CT on Saturday, September 23rd from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM for a fun day on our green with over 30 local artists and crafters offering an extensive selection of unique goods. The Alpacas from Six Paca Farm will be visiting as will a Dog Dancing and Frisbee Demo by "Top Hats and Tails"! Food will be offered for sale. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held on Sunday, September 24th from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
